DOG SOLDIERS

4 Stars
Year Released: 2002

PULGASARI

3 Stars
Year Released: 1985
MPAA Rating: Unrated
Running Time: 100 minutes

It’s amazing that after fifty years of monster movies, the technology has not changed. There are a total of three sound effects for the entire production, the monster still looks like a stuntman in a rubber suit, and rear screen projection is replaced by people actually running in front of a drive-in movie screen. Who would have even thought there was a drive-in in North Korea?

KEITH FULTON AND LOUIS PEPE: LOST WITH GILLIAM

PLAYING IN LOS ANGELES AND NEW YORK! “Lost in La Mancha,” more than a documentary on the making of a film, it’s the making of a complete train wreck and that train wreck was Terry Gilliam’s valiant effort at creating his version of “Don Quixote.” Filmmakers Keith Fulton and Louis Pepe were there all the way and they documented the entire debacle…
