I STILL BELIEVE…

I STILL BELIEVE…

Yes, I finally did it! I replaced my Lost Boys soundtrack! Talk about a blast from the past, ever since Eric, Pete, Don and I were talking about the film at SXSW, I’ve been jones’ing to get my hands on the damn CD again. Well, I did and it’s loaded onto the iPod and life is fruity.

And I dedicate the following image to Eric Campos:

Ah, the gyrations of Timmy Capello, the real lasting image from the movie (seriously, who doesn’t think of this guy when you recall the film)…

Is that what Eric looks like? I never met him, and I didn’t realize he was so buff.

Thank you, I am not alone anymore. For a long time I thought I was crazy because that was the one scene that was burned into my head.

You know about the remake of the song ‘Ii Still Believe’ by some Christian band right?

I did not know that the song was covered by a Christian band. Do you have a link, or know the band’s name? That’d be a fun one to track down.

I’m with Timmy on this one – I never thought I would actually see that again. Wow. Well done indeed. The Christian music artist who covered it is Russ Taff, on his self titled album.

OMG I freaking LOVED that soundtrack. I love the Jimmy Barnes “Good Times” tune and even the remake of “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me.”

I always wondered if that guy really was singing that song.
