REASON FOR DISAPPEARANCE: Woody is probably ashamed of this.

CHANCES OF SEEING A HOME VIDEO/DVD RELEASE: A loser’s bet.

BOOTLEG OPPORTUNITIES: Occasionally found on eBay and there is one private collector who sells copies online.
