Former White House aide and mastermind behind the Hollywood movies rating system, Jack Valenti, died today from complications related to a stroke suffered in March. He was 85.
Valenti is best known for his years heading up the MPAA, a post he held from 1966 to 2004. For better or for worse, always controversial, Valenti is the man who made the ratings system what it is today…
