THE DEATH OF HD DVD
If word of Warner Brothers defection put Der HD DVD Fuehrer in such panic, methinks the self-imposed gunshot to the head came around the time he learned of Toshiba’s intentions to discontinue the HD DVD format. This short may’ve hit the internet around the end of January, but it is not only relevant today as a signpost in the death of HD DVD, but it was also prophetic, calling the eventual defection of Universal shortly before the studio bailed as well…
