Taking place February 28th – March 9th, the Santa Barbara International Film Festival will screen over 100 films in ten sections. The Festival will feature films from over 30 countries, including 10 World Premieres, 11 US Premieres, 8 foreign Oscar submissions, and many high-profile Southern California premieres featuring name filmmakers and/or stars.
“We’re pleased to announce that for the first time, the entire festival, including its headquarters, hospitality suite, press office and all screening venues will be within walking distance of each other in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, which will hopefully make the festival experience much more user-friendly,” said the festival’s new Executive Director Jon Fitzgerald.
