LOS ANGELES ASIAN PACIFIC FILM & VIDEO FESTIVAL IN MAY
Get ready for the Visual Communications Film Festival 2003 – the 19th Edition of the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film and Video Festival beginning May 1-May 8, 2003 at the Directors Guild of America, David Henry Hwang Theatre, Arclight Hollywood and the Japan America Theatre. This year’s opening night film on May 1 at the DGA is the Los Angeles Premiere of the Sundance Film Festival hit “LONG LIFE, HAPPINESS AND PROSPERITY.”
The VC FilmFest is the largest showcase of Asian American and Asian International works in Southern California with over 100 films, videos and shorts presented throughout the eight-day festival.
This year’s program includes See You Off to the Edge of Town, The Eye, and Kung Phooey.
