LOS ANGELES GOES HUNGARY
It’s the return of the Beverly Hills Hungarians! Taking place at the Music Hall Theatre in Beverly Hills, November 28 – December 4, the 5th Hungarian Film Festival of Los Angeles will feature screenings of “Forest” (Hungary’s Official entry for the Academy Awards and Golden Globe Awards), “Down by Love”, and “Bank Ban.”
Opening night ceremonies will feature director Karoly Makk in attendance to present his new film “A Long Weekend in Pest and Buda.” Makk’s 1971 film “Love” has been voted one of the 100 best films of all time by AFI, so that means it’s good…
