PALM SPRINGS HONORS JIM SHERIDAN AND DANNY ELFMAN
The Palm Springs International Film Festival will honor Danny Elfman with the Frederick Loewe Award for Career Achievement in Film Composing and Jim Sheridan with the International Filmmaker Award, Producing & Directing at the festival’s annual Awards Gala. The Awards Gala will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2004 at the Palm Springs Convention Center, which will also honor previously announced names Kevin Costner, Anthony Minghella and Richard D. Zanuck.
