Throughout the month of September, The Coolidge Theatre of Brookline, MA. will be celebrating the best of cult filmmaker John Waters in a chronologically-presented film festival that starts with the documentary “Divine Trash” and traces the famed director’s evolution from Baltimore bad-boy to head of his class. Waters’ latest offering, “Cecil B. Demented,” is seen by many as yet another crown jewel in the master’s gross, glorious legacy.
For more on the event, call [ 617-734-2501 ] for information, and cruise over to the [ Calvin Coolidge Theatre Foundation ] site for the soon-to-be-posted complete Waters schedule.
