NEW DIRECTOR, NEW VENUE FOR 2008 NEW HAVEN UNDERGROUND FILM FESTIVAL
The New Haven Underground Film Festival (NHUFF) is returning in 2008 with a new director and a new venue.
Film Threat’s Phil Hall is now the director for the NHUFF’s fifth annual exhibition. Phil, who previous curated New York’s Light+Screen Film Festival, promises to bring the most vibrant and innovative underground features and shorts to New England for the festival’s September 27th day-long celebration.
The NHUFF also has a new home: the Gray Conference Center at the University of Hartford. Yes, Hartford is not New Haven – but the festival’s logo reflects that the festival is “So Underground That It’s Not Even in New Haven.”
Visit the festival online at www.nhuff.com.
