From [ October 12th through October 19th, 2000, ] which is basically right now, the 7th Annual Austin Film Festival gears up to screen world premieres, retrospectives and competition films. In attendance will be Tobe Hooper, the director of cult classic “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” and also on the schedule is an exclusive screening of the much-hyped Independent Film Channel special “The American Nightmare”. The screenings commence at [ 9 PM ] in the Westgate Theater.
Ticket can be obtained at [ (512)469-SHOW. ] Individual “Horror Night” passes are $15. For more Austin Film Festival information, call [ (800)310-FEST ] or visit [ the official Austin Film Festival site. ]
