The guidelines go something like this: grab your Super 8 stuff and film a little something that reflects your personal manifesto. Use whatever crosses your path and mind, any acting crew you desire, etc., but make sure the done deal is purely 4 x 4, as in no longer than four minutes and no more than four edits throughout.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned film activist or just a weekend revolutionary.
