This [ Monday, December 4th and Tuesday, December 5th ] , the ever-friendly folks at the Austin Cinemaker Co-op throw on their camo and prepare to do film battle. Local and international upstart revolutionaries will finally have their two days of glory when the Super 8-friendly “Against the Grain: Vive la Revolucion” film festival begins.
This revolution will not be televised, but it will show up on the big screen at Austin’s [ RITZ Lounge at 320 6th Street. ] The shows begin at [ 7:30 ] and [ 9:30 ] , and will cost you all of $5 (or a mere $2.50 if you’re already a Cinemaker soldier).
