The Santa Clarita International Film Festival is set to run from [ March 9th ] through [ March 16th, 2001 ] at the Edwards Cinemas in Valencia. The Festival welcomes features, animation, documentaries, educational films, student pieces, and screenplays for this year’s event, which will emphasize the theme of “Diversity in Family Films”. The deadline for all materials has been extended to [ February 5th, 2001 ] .
This year, the Fest hopes to screen approximately 60 films, with 12 student shorts also on display, and 12 screenplays receiving special readings during the Screenwriters Showcase, which will close the Festival on [ March 15th ] .
