The Slamdance Film Festival, which ran from [ January 20th ] through [ January 28th, 2001 ] at the Silver Mine in Park City, has just released the official list of winners for the 2001 event:

[ GRAND JURY AWARD FOR BEST SHORT: ] ^ [ BOUNDARIES ] directed by Greg Durbin.
[ AUDIENCE AWARD FOR BEST FEATURE: ] ^ AMERICAN CHAI directed by Anurag Mehta.
[ AUDIENCE AWARD FOR BEST SHORT: ] [ WHITE FACE ] directed by Brian McDonald.
[ BEST DRAMATIC FEATURE: ] [ DAYDREAM BELIEVER ] directed by Debra Eisenstadt.
[ ILFORD BLACK AND WHITE AWARD: ] OLD MAN AND THE GOBLINS directed by Seamus Walsh and Mark Caballero.
[ KODAK VISION AWARD FOR BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY: ] MEMENTO MORI (Republic of Korea) directed by Kim Tae-yong and Min Gyo-dong. Cinematography Kim Yoon soo.
[ AWARD FOR BEST EDITING: ] BARKING DOGS NEVER BITE (Republic of Korea) directed by Bong joon-ho. Edited by Lee Eun-soo.
[ SPIRIT OF SLAMDANCE AWARD: ] [ THE BALLAD OF LITTLE ROGER MEAD ] directed by Mark Carter. ^ Runner-Up: THE ACCOUNTANT directed by Ray McKinnon.
[ GLOBAL ANARCHY AUDIENCE AWARD: ] [ VOODOO ] directed by Gregg Bishop.
