ANTIMATTER FESTIVAL OF UNDERGROUND SHORT FILM AND VIDEO, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, takes place September 15th – 24th, 2000. This third annual festival seeks imaginative, volatile, entertaining and critical works from outside the mainstream, regardless of subversive or dangerous content, stylistic concerns or commercial viability.
