The 2002 Chicago Underground Film Festival (CUFF) is gearing up to go live on August 16th before winding down on August 22nd, 2002. As their impressive history dictates, CUFF’s week-long program will be filled with the best in experimental features, shorts, docs and videos:
The Chicago Underground Film Festival exists to showcase the defiantly independent filmmaker. Our mission is to promote films and videos that dissent radically in form, technique, or content from the “indie” mainstream presenting works that challenge and transcend commercial expectations…if you suspect your film is “underground,” it probably is.
