COFFEE WITH MIKE MEDAVOY AT FLORIDA FEST
The Florida Film Festival (FFF) will host special guest Mike Medavoy at the Enzian Theater on Saturday, June 15th for a “Coffee With…” event from 10:30AM to 12:00PM. The Florida Film Festival takes place from June 7th-16th, 2002 in Orlando, Florida.
Mike Medavoy has spent the last twenty-five years bringing incredible films to the big screen as a studio chief and agent. He’s been involved with “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” “Rocky,” “Silence of the Lambs,” and countless others.
As chairman and founder of Phoenix Pictures, Medavoy has also had a hand in films like “The People Vs. Larry Flynt” and “The Thin Red Line.” His best-selling book, You’re Only As Good As Your Next One: 100 Great Films, 100 Good Films and 100 For Which I Should Be Shot charts Medavoy’s life and adventures in film.
