L.A. ITALIAN FEST HOSTS “WOMEN IN SHORT”
The Los Angeles Italian Film Awards (LAIFA) has announced the formation of a new showcase, “Women in Short,” which will debut in Hollywood, California during August and September, 2002.
“Women in Short” will consist of short films directed by Italian or Italian-heritage women. It is the first series of its kind, and the showcase will tour with the “Italy in Short” program throughout the year.
