“NOSFERATU” IN NEW MEXICO

The Alloy Orchestra, a famed silent-film band, will play in Santa Fe and Albuquerque on September 7th and 8th, 2002. Described by Roger Ebert as “the best in the world at accompanying silent films,” The Alloy have become famous for their original scores for classic silent films. In New Mexico, they will be performing with short comedies from the team of Fatty Arbuckle and Buster Keaton and with the classic vampire film “Nosferatu.”
The shows are presented in part by Taos Talking Pictures and will take place at the KIMO Theater in Albuquerque, located at 423 Central Ave. NW. The shows on Sunday, September 8th, take place at the Lensic Performing Arts Center, 211 West San Francisco Street. Tickets are $12 for adults , $8 for children and $11 for Friends of TTPix.
