“97 BROOKS” COMPETES IN DANCESWITHFILMS
“97 Brooks”, a film that’s been doing the festival rounds of late, will be making its Southern California debut as a competing film in the DancesWithFilms festival in Santa Monica on July 15th.
Said to be a little twisted, “97 Brooks” tells the tale of a bizarre love triangle between two cops and a serial killer.
Directed by first time filmmaker Mikon Haaksman, “97 Brooks” has been warmly received at this year’s San Francisco Independent Film Festival and the Bare Bones International Film Festival in Oklahoma.
The “97 Brooks” DancesWithFilms screening will take place at Laemmle’s Santa Monica 4-plex, Monday, July 15th at 2:45pm.
