NOIRDANCE DOESN’T KNOW JACK
Screening at Noirdance on July 27th in Dallas is “I Don’t Know Jack”, a documentary about cult film icon and Dallas native, the late/great Jack Nance, star of “Eraserhead” and “Twin Peaks”. Robot Bastard and The Tunnel will also screen.
Noirdance is a film festival in the making. Dedicated to the dark, mysterious, and foreboding, Noirdance is not merely a film event, though. Music, fashion, and fine art mingle with the bizarre, disturbing, and hauntingly beautiful images on the screen. The festival kicks off on July 27th with a 12 hour non-stop film night in Texas. The festival will then move to Los Angeles for several dates, and a showcase in Park City in early 2003.Showcasing the best and newest in film noir, psychological thrillers, horror films, and surrealist art, Noirdance is a one of a kind, uniquely themed film event.
Visit the Noirdance website for more information and screening schedule.
