Life Is Hard, Mr. Gore

Hey Chris." What's Crackin' With You?"
Tajiddin Shabazz here. I'm the CEO of Hard Life Media, Inc. A film distribution firm based in Phoenix, AZ. As you already know, there are way too many hardworking independent filmmakers out there that have created so many good films, but yet will never get any distribution for them anywhere.
This is why Hard Life Media exists. We love the work that alot of these "indie" filmmmakers create, and respect the tremendous amount of effort that they put into their works. We are another avenue for the indie filmmaker to take, in reaching their goal of distribution. So my question for you would be how do you think that Hard Life Media can best utilize these "Back Talk" forums in order to spread the good news to "indie" filmmakers that visit these pages?

my first post

hi , my name is twist i'm film buff and video game geek my favorite film directors are lynch, cronenberg, kubrick, scorsese, kurosawa, aronofsky, my two favorite films of all time are eraserhead and 2001 space odyssey. geez i forgot michael bay. film threat is a great movie site to me because it has a lot of cult films reviews indie films and it doesn't have prententious reviews. this site got my attention when i saw lost highway in the 500 list of the best films of all time, it is also one of my favorite films, is very underrated film.

introduction

not really much to say. the name is rawlin, im a senior in high school, and i will be going to college to major in screenwriting and minor in drama. im one of those aspiring writers and actors i guess, im just less cynical. im very opinionated when it comes to what i think is great and what i think sucks, but im not a pretentious movie critic at all. just for example, i have Shoot Em Up marked as my sixth favorite movie of all time. ill take the flak for it, i could really care less, because my opinion is its going to be a great cult hit someday. anyway, other faves are Gangs of New York, Heathers, The Departed, Moulin Rouge, Serpico, American History X, and some oldies like North by Northwest, Rear Window, Casablanca, and my fave of all time, True Romance. I also like all Kevin Smith comedies, and hate every Uwe Boll movie. but im very open to all types of movies, i own a couple hundred DVDs, blah blah blah, decent video gamer, love all types of music, and thats it.

"I look after wild animals. When I'm not doing that, I make films about people that act like wild animals. That's me, Cavey; here!"

"...and your favorite film, Cavey?"

"INLAND EMPIRE, Miss."
