Adam Ripp’s controversial and critically acclaimed Gang Tapes takes viewers into the world of gang violence, a world that everybody has heard about, few people understand, and many live and die in.

The controversy surrounding Gang Tapes rose after many large theater chains decided to ban the film for its content and violence. They did this despite rave reviews from CNN.com, we here at Film Threat and other review sources.

Now, just as Trimark prepares for the December 10th video release of Gang Tapes, we get a chance to speak with director Adam Ripp.
