Through the years I have noticed you have showed up in some mainstream and/or straight films such as 8MM (1999). How was your experience on the film and how long did you spend working on it? Who did you meet?
“8MM” was a day shoot. I worked directly with the killer in the movie (I always forget that actors name, but, he was super nice), and I met Joel Schumacher. He is a fantastic director, and a very down to earth person.

I was alerted to the fact that you had a bad experience while auditioning for another mainstream film. What happened?
Wow, how did you hear about that? Well, this director had wanted me to come audition, so, I bring a friend with me, and he doesn’t want her to stay. That should have been my first clue. She stays, and in the middle of the audition, he starts playing with himself. I stop the audition immediately and leave. He told me that he was going to call me back for a call back. He had also told me that it was for a supporting role. So, about 6 months later, I emailed him and asked him who he had cast for the part. He told me that they had cut the role ….how do you cut a supporting role??? So, I knew he was lying. We had some email exchange, and it got kind of nasty. Nasty on his part, not on mine. I was just making him admit to his shit. So, I took the emails and everything about it to SAG, which, I had checked with SAG before I went and he was a legitimate director with SAG. Anyways, I took the information down there, and found out that he was a director, just not for (the film I auditioned for)!! AND, (it) was already IN THE CAN!! (That means it had already been shot at the time of my audition). So, this creep had just wanted to get hot girls to audition while he played with himself. I also found out that another girl that I was an acquaintance with had auditioned that same day. When I told her what had happened to me, she told me it was her first audition, and that he had promised her the job if she played with him!! She did!!! Guess what ….there was no job to begin with. That director was a complete piece of shit, and I still have all of his emails admitting to everything! He tried to threaten to sue me for slander, however, I don’t think you can sue if it’s TRUE!! Phew! Hope that story wasn’t too longwinded.

I love longwinded! Name some of the films and roles you have auditioned for in the past?
I haven’t really auditioned for much since (that one). That was so disheartening. I can’t think of any film names off hand from before that.

Have you had any formal training in acting or are you a self-taught wonder.
I have formal training from a VERY well known actor. I don’t think he wants to be named, though. I’ve been studying with him for 4 or 5 years now.

I attended acting school years ago and I find that when actors are overly trained that they become less spontaneous and more contrived in their performances, would you agree?
I think it depends on the type of training.

In detail, tell me what you have to offer mainstream films?
Well, one of my really rare qualities is that I can memorize extremely quickly. I have one of those rare memories where I actually snap a photo of the page mentally, and I’ve got it. There is a movie that runs on Cinemax and is in the video stores that I star in called ‘All For Lust’. I was a replacement for someone that didn’t show up. I learned the entire script while in the make up chair the morning of the shoot. I show up on time, and don’t cost productions extra money. I’m very reliable and very responsible. Also, I can act.

I would love to see you in more mainstream roles and I think that the fine line between porno and mainstream is now nearly non-existent. Historically, many porno personalities have brushed up with the mainstream more than we think, such as Andrea True with the 1976 disco hit “More, More, More”, Sonny Landham with memorable roles in “48 Hrs” (1982) and “Predator” (1987), Linda Lovelace attending the Academy Awards in 1974 and let’s not forget Ron Jeremy who is in more places than God. Is there still an unfair bias towards adult stars trying to move on to legit roles?
Yes, I think so. I think production companies are afraid to take the leap. When it comes to possibly losing money, no one wants to do that. But, I asked Joel Schumacher why he hired a pornstar, and he said, “Honey, you guys bring in the fans, too”. But, would he risk his production by giving me a non-adult role with more speaking?? I don’t know.

How do your family and old friends feel about your porno career?
My friends are fine with it. My family doesn’t like it, but, we are very close, and they love me a lot.

Name your favorite film, director, actor and actress?
Oh man!! Far too many to list here. I loved What Dreams May Come, Chicago, Finding Neverland, “What the Bleep Do We Know”, “Practical Magic”, and literally countless others. Favorite directors would be Joel Schumacher, or the Cohen Brothers ….oh yes, Quentin Tarantino!!! Favorite actress is Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Favorite Actors ….Johnny Depp, Crispin Glover, and Steve Buscemi.

As an aspiring filmmaker and screenwriter, I would definitely use you in a lead role. Remember this when I one day call you up to offer you the role of a lifetime.
I’ll be there to take it!! AND, I’ll do it for the ‘friend’ rate.

You recently wrote, produced, directed and starred in a new film, “Home Party Fantasies” (2005). This is the first film you have helmed, how did you find the added responsibility and what was it like for your first time behind the camera?
I loved it! It felt great when we were done with it, especially because I was really happy with the outcome of the project. It’s definitely something I can be proud of.

Did your co-stars respect your director position or did you have to crack the whip, so to speak?
Hehe, I didn’t have to crack any whip. Everyone I hired was extremely professional. We had such a good time on set that one of the girls commented to me that it was like being at a really fun barbeque, except she got to have sex. I made sure it was catered really well. That is one of my personal biggest complaints on sets. It’s not that difficult or that much more expensive to have really good food on set.

You are an absolute delight and a great talent with the looks of an angel and the force of the devil. Leave us with some words of wisdom.
Thank you very much. That is a great compliment. Words of wisdom ….hmmmm, stay positive, take responsibility for yourself, don’t blame others, and dance like no one is watching, love like you’ve never been hurt, work like you don’t need the money, and ‘make love’ like you are doing it on film.
