NORWEGIANS LIVIN’ LIKE HOBBITS

Here’s a new twist on the whole “waiting in line to see a movie for a ridiculous amount of time” phenomenon. Ananova reports that beginning October 25th, a Hobbit village will be opened for those waiting in line to buy tickets to see “The Two Towers.”
Put together by SF Norge, the distribution company releasing “The Two Towers” in Norway, the village will include an Inn, several small houses and tents, but fans must build their own accomdations, the most creative of which, stand to win prizes. The village will hold up to 1,000 wanna-be Hobbits.
Tickets for the film go on sale in Norway on November 4th.
