“EASY RIDERS, RAGING BULLS” IN LOS ANGELES
Slamdance’s 2003 opening night film Easy Riders, Raging Bulls will be playing tonight, January 30th, at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles with Dennis Hopper in attendance for a post screening discussion.
Based on Peter Biskind’s best seller, Easy Riders, Raging Bulls focuses on the tumultuous period in the late 60s/early 70s when a few young, talented directors broke into the entertainment business and transformed it with their innovation, irreverence and creativity, often careening over the edge of self indulgence and self destruction in the process.
