SUNDANCE FILM SERIES GETS READY TO LAUNCH
You’ve seen the promos at your friendly neighborhood Loews Theater, now get ready for the Sundance Film Series. The films to be featured in the theatrical series are Emilio Martinez-Lazaro’s “The Other Side of the Bed” (August 29), Michael Winterbottom’s In This World (September 19), Mark Decena’s Dopamine (October 10) and Mark Rucker’s Die Mommie Die (October 31).
Each of the four films in the Sundance Film Series will be released theatrically in ten markets exclusively in Loews Theater locations on separate dates beginning on August 29, 2003. The ten markets are New York, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC. Sundance Channel will oversee the launch and management of the series. Following a theatrical run, each film will be released on home video and DVD through the Sundance Channel Home Entertainment line and later debut on the Sundance Channel.
