STAR WARS FAN FILM AWARDS 2004 WINNERS
The 2004 Star Wars Fan Film Award nominees have been screened and George Lucas has picked the winner – Escape from Tatooine. The film’s director, David Tomaszewski, has won $2,000, a custom fan film awards trophy and the honor of knowing that George looked at his film and said, “Hey, that’s great.”
Viewers at Atom Films, however, picked a different favorite as the Audience Award goes to Pink Five Strikes Back.

Spirit of Fandom Award – 8 Minutes
Best Crossover Spoof – Carbonite Confusion
Pioneer Award – George Lucas in Love
