NICHOLS AND HANKS MIGHT BE GOING TO WAR
It seems Mike Nichols is in talks to direct Tom Hanks in “Charlie Wilsons War,” an adaptation of a book by former “60 Minutes” producer George Crile. The flick (which may also star Julia Roberts) will be a Universal Pictures project and centers on the CIA’s covert doings in Afghanistan during the 1980′s. Ooooh…sounds secretive!
