“THE DA VINCI CODE” SEQUEL WILL BE A PREQUEL
Never mind the fact no one really liked “The Da Vinci Code,” the fine folks over at Sony Pictures stopped counting the weekend grosses long enough to sign the go ahead for the next installment which will be based on Dan Brown’s “Angels and Demons” which is a prequel to “The Da Vinci Code.” No word on which stars are coming back and in fact, it’s unclear if Ron Howard will return. But at least we’ll have another full round of B.S. controversy in the next two years or so. Yay.
