STARZ MORE THAN JUST TV

Starz pay-TV is giving way to Starz Media, a new company aimed at producing original film and TV projects and then distributing them via all platforms: theatrical, DVD, PPV, broadband, cable and regular broadcast TV.

“We’re creating a company that will do everything from soup to nuts,” said Bob Clasen, CEO of Starz, LLC, the umbrella company overseeing Starz Entertainment and Starz Media.

Starz Media will encompass other Starz properties such as IDT Entertainment, Starz Prods., Starz Home Entertainment, DVD distrib Anchor Bay Entertainment, and the two animation divisions, Manga Entertainment and Film Roman.
