JOHN WATERS GOES VIRAL TO FIND A DATE
Ya know, we here at Film Threat cannot figure out why more people don’t do what John Waters just did via YouTube. The always fun director has a CD coming out which is a compilation of his collected audio from over the years. Rather than try and be witty and wise with commercials, banner ads and annoying pop-ups, Waters simply reads the liner notes to the CD and posts it on YouTube. If you like Waters (like we do) you will pass it on. For free. Seems like a smart idea for indie filmmakers who have any sort of celebrity or new fangled idea for a film to get the word out.
