Italian master filmmaker Michelangelo Antonioni followed the tragic lead of Ingmar Bergman, and passed away at the age of 94 today.
“For the second time in 24 hours, the world of cinema feels orphaned,” Gilles Jacob, the president of the Cannes Film Festival, was quoted by Italy’s Ansa news agency.
Couldn’t agree more…
