THE TNT MOVIE MARATHON
TNT has decided to welcome 2001 with a celebration of newly-classic movies and cult favorites. Their “New Classics Weekend,” which begins on [ December 29th ] and finishes up on [ January 1st, 2001 ] , will include a who’s-who of really cool films from the last twentyish years.
If you settle in for the whole series, you’ll catch “Conan the Barbarian,” “Animal House,” “Gremlins,” “The Jerk” and many, many more. Hole up for a few days, blame it on “evading possible millennial meltdown,” and check out the full weekend schedule over at [ the TNT site. ]
