“HEY HAPPY” AT SUNDANCE
DJ Sabu wants to sleep with 2,000 men, and he’s just one short of his ambitious goal. Then he sets his sights on a “handsome, geeky Happy, a ‘UFO-ologist’ who receives transmissions on his boom box from aliens who promise to manifest themselves on earth someday as his love children.”
Sound a little different? “Hey Happy” is best described as “a queer, contemporary fairy tale of handsome princes seeking each other amid a world of fairies, witches and trolls.” The film will screen on [ Friday, January 26th ] as a part of the Sundance Film Festival’s Park City at Midnight series, and then again on [ Saturday, January 27th ] at [ 9AM ] .
