“HARDWARE WARS” RETURNS
This Monday, May 13th, 2002, two distinguished Seattle citizens will receive an exclusive in-line DVD screening of the “grandaddy of all Star Wars parody films. Hardware Wars will air via laptop DVD player for Jeff and John of WaitingforStarWars.Com. The pair have been waiting since January 1st at the Cinerama Theatre in Seattle for opening day of Attack of the Clones, and three Seattle-based companies (Michael Wiese Productions, Magnolia Hi Fi and Scarecrow Video) are rewarding the intrepid team for their dedication and fandom.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t get in on the Deadly Waffle Iron and Flying Toaster action. Hardware Wars is now available for DVD purchase, and it’s packed with extras including Director’s Commentary, the never-before-seen Director’s Cut, and even a look at the pirated Foreign Version from 1979.
For additional Hardware Wars info and a peek at other cool DVD features, grab Fluke Starbucker and head on over to the ordering site. May the farce be with you.
