THE PLUNGE
|
As “The Plunge” opens, a man (Brian Gervais) sits listening to phone messages that tell him he’s lost his job, his rent check is due, and how sorry everyone is that his wife is dead. He goes out and get some building supplies and makes a self-styled suicide machine. Then he kills himself. Well, this film is a big yawn. It wants to be arty and scary, but it’s just boring.
