ANOMALOUS HUMANITE
|
We take a trip inside an old crank projector to view a bevy of freaks, making for an orgy of imagery not unlike the kind we’re used to seeing from animators – the Bolex Brothers and the Brothers Quay, artists – Joel Peter Witkin and Francis Bacon, and musicians – Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails. Yeah, you know what I’m talking about here. It’s not very original, but it’s still damn pretty to look at. Too bad music videos aren’t all dark and twisted anymore, otherwise I think Sin Silva might be able to make a killing in the business.
