This music video for heavy metallers Shockplate really took me back to a day of raiding mom’s liquor cabinet and doing whip-its while watching “The Headbanger’s Ball” Saturday nights. And I’m talking Adam Curry “Headbanger’s Ball,” not Rikki Rachtman “Headbanger’s Ball.” “The Narrow Path” has it all to cement it as a “Headbanger’s” classic – various shots of a little kid being oppressed by his parents and an angry priest, a band raging through their latest tune on stage, shots of a cemetery and plenty of video effects. Get me a beer and crack another whip-it, it’s time to party!
