PALO ALTO, 1879

Ok. This short was original and cleverly animated. But the story… well, I’m not sure if it exists. I saw a cute cat and some globe headed people walking around in the rain, but i’m afraid any deep meaning escaped me. I fully enjoyed the style of animation these guys used. With a very light pallet, they had 2D ( which of course is another of my loves ) characters with form described with contour and grid lines. It was very loosely drawn which gave it an airy feeling. Even though I had no idea what the hell was happening, I totally enjoyed it.
